New Financial Accounts (credit/savings/investment/etc...)

Anytime you open a new financial account for your church, myXP will need access to that account to ensure we can properly record the activities in said account.


Here is the information you will need to use to setup our access.

Name: myXP Support

Phone: 385-351-5497 (texting authentication enabled)

Username: myXP[ChurchName]1 For example; myXPFormation1

Password: even if the bank does not require it, we will update this password upon first login so feel free to use what you prefer for the temp password, just make sure you write it down accurately.


A few things to note:

  • in order to connect to quickbooks, zoho (if applicable) and etc...most banks require full admin access instead of the basic access. Please ensure you assign the proper levels to us to be able to use the other financial softwares.
  • For some financial organizations, you will need a form filled out by myXP in order to grant access. Please either create a todo or submit a help ticket (related articles below) and submit the form to us.
