Delegate Access

Zoho Expense lets you delegate your expense reporting work to another user, in situations when you’re away from the office. This could be things such as vacation, a sabbatical, or anything else that would cause you to miss the due date on your expense reports.


You can do this without sharing your login credentials or your Zoho Expense account. You can simply provide access to your view and configure the duration for which the delegate will have access to your view. Also, you can delegate tasks like recording expenses, creating expense reports, etc., that the delegate can perform on your behalf.


We strongly recommend that every staff member delegate access to someone else on staff. Regardless of a reason a staff member is out, we cannot provide monthly reporting unless every expense from the previous month has been submitted (see monthly reporting commitment in related articles below).
