Monthly Reporting Commitment
- 5th business day: A list of all needed items in order to provide monthly reporting is provided to you.
- 8th business day: Correspondence is due by 5pm CST on the 8th day in order to guarantee a full reporting package by the end of business on the 10th business day.
- 10th business day: By the end of business on the 10th day you will receive a full reporting package from us in a google drive link. You are notified of this through basecamp.
Our team prioritizes all their time at the beginning of the month so that we can ensure we never miss a deadline as long as we have all information from the church.
Often times churches get behind in their submissions. That is understandable and completely ok from our perspective, however it puts a delay in our ability to get you reporting because you have missed the focused work schedule. In this case, we will get you reporting ASAP, but the turnaround time is variable based on other priorities we are facing. Often times you will receive the reporting package with the reports for the following month assuming everything has been turned in on time for the following month.
Please note due to the importance of closing the calendar year on time and issuing tax documents, your church must be fully caught up with everything submitted by the 8th business day of January. If your church is not fully caught up by the 8th business day of January myXP will not be able to issue 1099s for the church and the church will responsible to issue these manually. This applies to both Bookkeeping+ and RemoteXP churches.
Frequently when a church is late in turning items in there is an urgency to provide reporting. We do our best, however it involves a restructuring of schedule and priorities. Should there be a request for a hard delivery date outside of the 10th business day, either earlier or an expedient turnaround due to late submissions, a $100 rush fee will be assessed.
