Merge a Credit Card Expense with the Receipt
For a variety of reasons, and while Zoho does a good job matching receipts with their corresponding credit card expenses, there will be times when you need to manually merge the receipt expense with the credit card expense that downloaded from the bank and has a credit card icon.
To avoid the need to merge, try to upload a clear scan of your receipt as soon as possible after the purchase. This helps Zoho match transactions more accurately and reduces extra steps for you.
