Reimbursements via Direct Deposit

Due to ongoing issues with the USPS, we STRONGLY recommend that all people sign up to receive their reimbursements via Direct Deposit.  Submit the form below and all reimbursements from your church will be remitted to you that way.

Please note:  The only information needed to activate this method is your account and routing number--the same exact information on the bottom of every check your write.


Updating your paycheck direct deposit info in workforce does NOT update your reimbursement information. This form must also be submitted.
