Share Your Feedback On Our Tools

We built Books and Team for churches like yours, and we keep improving them. The best ideas come from the people who use them every week, so we'd love to hear from you: what's working, what's confusing, and what would make these tools serve your church better.

How to send feedback

1. Sign in to Books or Team.
2. At the bottom of the left-hand menu, click Feedback.
3. Under "What's going on?", choose the closest match: Something isn't working, I can't submit a form, Wrong information displayed, Feature suggestion or Other.
4. In "Tell us more," describe what you were trying to do and what happened, or describe your idea.
5. If it helps, attach a screenshot. This is optional.
6. Click Send Report.

We automatically include which tool you were in, the page you were on and your email address, so you don't have to tell us where you were.

What we'd love to hear

• Something that was confusing, or took more steps than it should
• A task your church does every month that the tools could make easier
• Something your church needs that isn't there yet
• Anything that looks wrong or doesn't work

If you have an idea, choose Feature suggestion. The more you tell us about how your church works, the better we can fit the tools to it.

What happens next

Every note goes to our team, and we review all of them. We may not reply to each one, but your feedback shapes what we fix and build next.

Feedback is not a request

Feedback is for the tools themselves. If you need us to do something, like pay a bill, enter a pay change or fix a transaction, use Hand Offs in Books or Change Requests in Team instead. Feedback isn't monitored for requests, so those could be missed.
