When to Use Zoho on a Computer

When it comes to submitting expense reports, we strongly recommend using the Zoho website on a personal computer. All of our training resources and best practices are designed around the desktop experience to ensure reports are completed accurately.


Expense reports submitted through the mobile app often result in errors, missed details, or incorrectly categorized expenses. For this reason, we do not provide support for mobile report submissions and encourage all users to complete this step on a computer.
