Committing PCO Batches
When dealing with batches in PCO, myXP exclusively interacts with batches labeled as "Committed." This strict reference to committed batches is imperative due to the absence of any tracking mechanisms for actions taken on batches in their "In Progress" state. This means that any modifications made to an in-progress batch are executed without any record-keeping.
The pivotal moment arrives when a batch transitions into the "Committed" status, accomplished by selecting the "Commit Batch/Group" button highlighted in green. At this juncture, every alteration, regardless of its nature, becomes subject to meticulous tracking through an audit trail. This trail comprehensively records the responsible user, the timestamp of the action, and the specifics of what transpired within the batch, ensuring comprehensive oversight and accountability.
Batches listed on the In Progress tab (like below) must be committed to be sourced for batch info.
