Never Delete or Exclude an Expense with a Credit Card Icon

Any expense you see in you Zoho with the credit card icon has been fed directly from the bank that holds your credit card. As a result you should never delete or exclude any expense with a credit card icon (see article below in related articles).


There are only 2 exceptions to this rule:

  1. If you are the master card holder, you will need to exclude all payment transactions. There are only one of these per church and it is most often the lead pastor. (see article below in related articles).
  2. In an incredibly rare situation due to an issue with the bank feed the team at myXP will explicitly direct you to delete/exclude a transaction. Please note this happens about 1 or 2 times per year amongst tens of thousands of transactions processed by our team.

If you have deleted or excluded a transaction, you will need to:

  1. Follow the video below
  2. Add it to a report
  3. Submit it to our team
