Never Delete or Exclude an Expense with a Credit Card Icon

Any expense in Zoho with the credit card icon comes directly from your bank. Because of this, never delete or exclude an expense with a credit card icon unless specifically instructed (see related articles below).


There are only two exceptions:

  1. Master cardholders (usually the lead pastor) must exclude payment transactions—there is only one per church (see related articles).
  2. In rare cases, myXP may direct you to delete/exclude a transaction due to a bank feed issue. This happens only 1–2 times per year across thousands of transactions.

If you have deleted or excluded a transaction, you must:

  • Follow the guide below
  • Add it to a report
  • Submit it to our team
