Finding Employee/Contractor Docs in Basecamp

For each staff member & contractor on your team, we have created a folder in Google Drive that you are able to gain access to from Basecamp.  

To find this folder you will:

• Click on Docs & Files
• Click on Administration
• Click on HR
• Click on Employee/Contractor Files
• Click the View on Google button

You will be redirected to the files for your church.  In the this Google Drive folder you will find individual files for each of your employee & contractors (contractors can be found in a subfolder called "z-1099 Contractors").  These folders contain all submissions every made by or on behalf of your team (things such as new hire paperwork, bonus forms, separation forms, and etc...).

If you are looking for W2s or 1099s, please open the "Personnel" folder and then the "z-Tax Forms" folder.  

If you do not have the options listed above you will need to contact the primary myXP contact at your church as these folders are only provided in our primary group.  If you believe you are the primary contact for your church and are not able to locate the proper folder, please create a todo (see related articles below) and let myXP know of the issue.  Please note: the way W2s and Paystubs are accessed by the employee themselves is through workforce.  (related article)
