Chase Card Access Authorization
Over the past several months, Chase has continued to adjust and change the way their accounts are accessed. Originally they allowed a code to be sent to an email address however they have removed that option. Then they allowed accounts to have multiple numbers that could receive an authorization code however they are slowly removing all numbers that are not the primary card user. As a result in order for myXP to gain access to your Chase account to be able to manage things such as the Quickbooks Online connection & Zoho card feeds, myXP has our own user access.
With our access while we do have the ability to add an employee card at your request, there is a Chase access issue that does not allow new cards to show in our feed until we are granted access to the new card by the primary card user, even if we have ordered the cards for you.
If you have been directed to this article by someone on the myXP team, you have a company card that we need access to. Please follow the steps in the screenshots below so that we can have access to all cards.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST LOG IN AS THE PRIMARY USER ON THE ACCOUNT TO PERFORM THESE STEPS.
ALSO PLEASE ENSURE THE NEW CARD SHOWS IN YOUR ACCOUNT PRIOR EXECUTING THESE STEPS. WHILE CARDS SHOW FAIRLY QUICKLY THEY ARE OFTEN NOT INSTANTANEOUS.
